Kindergarten Registration
will be held
May 1 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
(Parents are also required to complete online enrollment in Skyward Family Access.)
Please note: If you are unable to provide any of the items below, please contact
the school at 840-9700 for assistance in enrolling your student.
**Note: Per the Tennessee Department of Education, to be eligible to enter kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year, children must be five years of age by August 15, 2025. (T.C.A. 49-6-3001 (B)) Print and complete at home.
(If you are not able to print, you may pick up a copy at MES.)
~ You must also bring the following documents: ~
- child's birth certificate or officially acceptable evidence of date of birth at time of registration
- Tennessee immunization record, with completed current physical
- one proof of residency
The following items are acceptable for proof of residency
(the address must be printed on the document)
- property tax records which indicate the location of the homestead
- mortgage document or property deed
- apartment or home lease
- current utility bill showing residence address
- automobile registration
- driver's license
- state issued ID/document
Note: These kindergarten registration dates are for students not currently enrolled in a
Tipton County School for the 2024-2025 school year.
